Asus Zenfone 4 and ROG Phone likely to remain on Oreo

Asus launched an Android Pie beta program for the Zenfone 4 flagship back in the summer. Several months later an employee with the Taiwanese company said there is no plan for the Pie update, and today a report from China confirmed once again the worries - the Asus Zenfone 4 will remain on Oreo. Meanwhile the first ROG Phone is also stuck on the two-year-old OS. Upon further review, it appears that the gaming handset will indeed miss on the Pie as well.
