OnePlus Nord pre-orders in India are now live

OnePlus’ first midranger Nord is now making its way to different markets. Today the phone has finally landed in India where it can be pre-ordered at the local Amazon website, with shipping scheduled for next Tuesday. There are three options, with prices starting from INR27,999 ($375/€320). The OnePlus Nord with 8GB RAM and 128 gigs of storage is offered in both Gray Onyx and Marble Blue for that price. There is also an instant discount with a certain cards, and OnePlus offers six-month extended warranty and 50 GB cloud storage, which are part of a new program called Red Cable...

Treble is a major initiative designed to reduce Android platform version and security patch fragmentation , and all Android-branded devices launching with Android Pie are required to support Project Treble. OEMs and vendors test Treble compatibility by booting a Generic System Image (GSI)—a pure stock build of Android from AOSP—and passing the Vendor Test Suite (VTS) and Compatibility Test Suite-on-Generic System Image (CTS-on-GSI). The OnePlus 8T announced last week is now available for purchase in the US through OnePlus' online store with two color options - Lunar Silver and Aquamarine Green.
