It's official: Realme 7 and 7 Pro are coming on September 3

Realme is holding an event on September 1 in China for its new X7 series smartphones, and two days later, it will unveil the Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro. Realme's Indian branch has announced that the launch event will begin at 12:30PM IST (7AM UTC) and will be streamed on the company's official YouTube channel as well as on Facebook and Twitter accounts. Realme is promoting the Realme 7 series with the tagline "Capture Sharper. Charge Faster", which is a reference to the second-gen 64MP camera and 65W SuperDart charging on the lineup. Treble is a major initiative designed to reduce Android platform version and security patch fragmentation , and all Android-branded devices launching with Android Pie are required to support Project Treble. OEMs and vendors test Treble compatibility by booting a Generic System Image (GSI)—a pure stock build of Android from AOSP—and passing the Vendor Test Suite (VTS) and Compatibility Test Suite-on-Generic System Image (CTS-on-GSI).
